The hotel had comfortable beds and pillows. It also provided a private safe, an electronic key card, and a television in the room. It was conveniently located near ski lifts, bus stops, restaurants, and ski rental services.

The Spa&Welness area are excellent, plus the lady maintaining the facilities does a great job! Very impressive!
Our safe was locked when we got to our room, when this was reported at reception, someone was meant to check this but no one ever fixed it, breakfast room staff was definitely understaffed, breakfast was quite disappointing for a four* hotel. We were given a parking ticket for one day at reception but paid for three.

The staff was attentive and gentle. the place was fairly clean. the breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was great. It was beautifully decorated and compact with comfortable beds and pillows.

Helpful staff. Unbeatable and amazing location close to cable cars. Outstanding and new-fashioned units with comfortable beds and pillows. Mountain view. Fab and good food for breakfast.

Great location close to ski lifts, village, and main road. Very clean with a nice atmosphere. Excellent spa and convenient car parking. Friendly and helpful staff at the bar and reception. Ski lockers and rental service nearby. Large breakfast selection and ski ticket purchase made easy with local app.
